Dental Plan Direct-Billing

Provided that all information provided is effective and up-to-date, our office accepts assignment for that portion of treatment covered by your dental plan. Patients are required to pay any portions not covered by their dental plan for the services performed at each appointment unless otherwise arranged in advance. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Debit are accepted.

Our office uses the 2018 Alberta Dental Association fee schedule.

Please note that not all dental plans allow assignment of payment directly to the dentist. Please check with your dental provider regarding their policy prior to your appointment.
